first course

  • Pacifica hor's d'oeuvres
    A selection of the most well known chinese appetisers. Sesame prawns on toast, king do spare ribs, crispy won ton, spring rolls and seaweed.

second course
  • Aromatic crispy duck with pancakes and salad.
    Duck is basted in mixed herbs and soya sauce until tender, then deep fried until crispy. Duck to be rolled in pancakes with hoi sin sauce and salad.

main course
Please choose ONE main course each.
  • Sizzling fillet steak cantonese.
    Pieces of fillet steak in a delicious fruity rich sauce.

  • Sizzling lamb with ginger and spring onions.

  • Pork chops with sweet chilli sauce.

  • Braised duck in plum sauce.
    Served on a bed of pineapple and cucumber chunks. The plum sauce is tangy and slightly sweet.

  • Roast duck with green peppers in black bean sauce.

  • Deep fried spicy chicken.
    Succulent pieces of chicken with a spicy coating. Served with sweet and sour dip.

  • Hot and spicy sichuan seafood. served in a crispy birds nest.
    King prawns, king scallops and squid in a spicy ginger, garlic and chilli sauce.

  • King scallops with seasonal vegetables.

  • Sweet and sour king prawns cantonese style.
    The king prawns have a light crisp coating.

  • Fish fillet with chilli and spicy salt.
    This is a dry aromatic dish.

  • All served with yeung chow fried rice.
    An egg fried rice with shrimps and barbeque pork char siu.
